Two Week Update – Motorola Backflip
Getting Familiar
I have spent a lot of time just playing with the Backflip since I got it two weeks ago. I have the phone in a state now that is pretty close to how it will be configured for daily use in the long run. Well, at least until/if Motorola and AT&T update Android.

What I needed
I was looking for a phone that I could use as a PDA, primarily to keep a calendar and be able to quickly access my e-mail. I wanted it to be easy to use.
What I considered
I researched smart phones online particularly paying attention to the offerings from AT&T. My family has been customers of AT&T and the companies that were bought, sold and re-branded since I got my mother a Motorola bag phone with a whopping 15 minutes a month of air time.
