I have seen a number of requests for this, so I have created images of my inner SD Card right after a factory reset. The images below are from the GSC gingerbread ROM and stock BB 360, after a reset.

I created these images using Clonezilla, you should be able to use Clonezilla to restore it. It is an image of the entire sd card. You need to unzip the downloaded file to use it.
Notes
December 10, 2011
I recently purchased a Transcend 8 GB, class 10 micro SD Card. After making a nandroid backup of my Streak I inserted the 8 GB card into the phone, booted into StreakMod Recovery and did a reset from the first screen. The card was formatted and I now have over 6 GB of space to install apps.
I had tried doing a reset with other cards in the phone but they did not work. I have no idea why.
Access to Inner SD Card
To get to the inner SD Card you can disassemble your Streak or cut away a portion of the plastic body. I have accessed the inner SD card on two Streaks by cutting. Below is a picture of my phone with access to the inner card.
Update – Jabuary 12, 2012
I did a reset from the first screen of StreakMod Recovery and the Streak would not boot. I had to use the image I had made of the inner SD Card to restore the inner card. This was from StreakMod, with a heavily modified Stock 351 ROM (rooted, many system apps removed).
I got an error with the 360 image so I used the 406 image and had no issues. I then booted into Linux and used GParted (a partition editing tool) to resize the smaller partition to use the full card. When the Streak booted I installed stock 351 and did a reset from the stock recovery and the inner SD Card formatted properly.
So- I guess the point of this point is two fold:
- If the inner SD Card does not format properly on a reset you can fix it. Don’t panic.
- It is probably best to use a stock recovery to do a factory reset.
It won’t hurt to keep a spare 2 GB card around as a backup. Do a fresh install of a stock ROM and then reset the Streak from the recovery.

I think it was a great write up. Just went through the cutting part of the process today to discover that I wont be able to use my 16GB Class 10 card, very dissapointing. I hope there will be some future release that will fix this stupid limitation. Good Work !
A long shot, but I just ordered one 4GB and one 8GB Transcend Class 10! You don’t happen to remember exactly what version of StreakMod Recovery you were on when you succeeded? If not I’ll just try the two or three latest, no biggie =)
I use v03.2.8-beta (latest version) from this thread at XDA.
